Alongside the adult gymnastics sessions Southwark Gymnastics Club also runs affordable aerial silks and rope classes for adults. Aerial training is a great way to increase core and upper body strength whilst gaining a new skill.

Every session includes a warm up with the adult gymnastics class before moving on to the aerial equipment.

All of our aerial sessions are held at Brunswick Park Primary School  (Sports Hall), Picton Street, Camberwell, SE5 7QH

To find out more about aerial please check out our Aerial FAQs at the bottom of the page.

  • Hi, I would be really interested in registering for the aerial silks classes next month. I am intermediate level in silks. Do I also have to become a member of the gym to train there?

    Thank you

    • Hi Tiffany, You would have to become a member in September when the new membership year starts. Feel free to register online for the sessions or drop in at any time. Thanks
